They arrived at the boarding point 15 mins before and didn't call me. I myself found out that they arrived earlier through tracking. And the pillow and blankets were not cleaned. Altogether, they arrived at the destination 1 hour late.

The driver communicated in a good manner and responded properly. The drive experience was good and the bus was comfortable and on time. A refreshment of a small bottle of water and a biscuit might be appreciable.

Overall okay. Bus comfortable good. Pickup timing only delay in 1 hour. AC and blanket is good. Early reach in our destination.
