This is a morning bus, then too it's reached 1 hr late on boarding point.

The driver did not demonstrate proper driving sense during the trip. There were frequent jerks and abrupt braking throughout the journey, which caused discomfort especially for passengers seated in the last row. I completely understand that the road conditions were not great, but even then, a careful and jerk-free driving experience is expected from a growing travel company. Due to the reckless driving, my neck and back are hurting, and at one point I genuinely felt at risk of falling into the aisle. I also faced an additional issue with the passenger seated to my left. He had a small child (around 7–9 years old) sitting on his lap. When I first entered, he had his legs kept up on the seat, and even after I approached, he casually said “gaadi khali hai” and did not remove his feet. I had no option but to sit on seat 30. When the original passenger for seat 30 arrived, I shifted back to seat 33. Only then he removed his feet after I insisted. The seat itself was in shabby condition, and considering he was holding a child, he should have been extra careful. The child slipped twice between his legs, and even vomited once — some vomit particles fell on my jeans. Despite this, none of the staff bothered to check on the situation, assist the child, or clean the area. It left a very poor impression in terms of safety, hygiene, and staff attentiveness. Overall, this journey was unsafe and uncomfortable. The combination of reckless driving, poor seat conditions, lack of staff involvement, and a child safety incident reflects badly on the company’s service standards. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take corrective action to ensure passenger comfort and safety in future journeys.

need to change rest stop.They stopped at petrol pump as rest stop where we didn't get basic water & tea , snacks .
