2 things I need to tell 1. Staff (Conductor) he was so rude. 2. As they mentioned the route number but they don't come on that route and they dropped somewhere else and it was really bad experience with this bus.

Bus is stopped for restroom around 4 am but the toilet was not at all hygienic. It was the worst. I request to please raise a concern and drop at some good place where it is well hygienic maintained.
