While booking, dropping point was selected to be Kumarswamy Layout. And tracking showed Kumarswamy Layout as one of the dropping points.

Worst experience ever. They don't even respond to phone calls even when they are late for more than 1 hour. Also, they mention a charging option but they don't even turn it on after being told. Even if they turn it on, they will turn it off within 10 minutes.
