Bus was changed after reaching the bus stop and gave a different bus stop which was 15 km away. The changed bus was in very bad condition. The AC was not working and the bus agent was ignoring the phone calls.

Very bad service time is not good. My pickup time was 23:30 but pickup was at 1:00 am, so so late. Very bad service.

The bus service is very bad, there is no tracking, no security, no consideration of time. Please do not give entry to such buses. If you have to give, then write clearly that the condition of the bus is like this. I am paying full paisa but result zero.

Did not take the bus. I booked the bus for 10:30 and the driver told me the bus would arrive at 12:30 to 1 am.

Very bad service. Our bus timing was 9:30 PM and bus came at 11:45 PM. No one gave a response, bus driver and customer care don't know how to talk with guests. The bed sheet and comforter were not clean properly; there were stains. The AC was also off, only the fan was working.
