Boarding 10.30pm to dropping 8.50 am.

Deboarding time takes 1 hr 10 min more than it is mentioned. Ac cooling is not sufficient. Otherwise good.

Was a very wonderful experience on time drop. Staffs were polite. Safety for women.

This bus number 1050 was completely leaking at both upper and lower double berths while raining. We slept 3 people in one double sleeper. They must not drive this again until it was fixed and tested. We lost money and sleep. The toilet was giving a bad smell always while opening and closing the doors.

Ok.

Worst driver, bad punctuality, staff behaviour very bad.

One of the worst bus experiences lately! I booked 2 seats to Trichy for my mother and grandfather. Since my grandfather is elderly and needed to reach Madurai, the attendant assured us he could be dropped there for an additional ₹xxx, which we paid. After reaching Trichy, the driver rudely refused to take responsibility, saying they didn’t know whom we had paid. The other attendant was equally rude. If this arrangement wasn’t allowed, why did their own staff collect the money and agree to it? We trusted their assurance to avoid the inconvenience of changing buses for my elderly grandfather. Extremely rude staff, poor coordination, and terrible customer service. Avoid this bus.

Bus running very slow. Timing mentioned to Matuthavani 3.40 but dropped at 4.50. 1 hr 10 mins late. 15 mins to 30 mins acceptable, but this late is too much. Govt old buses are overtaking. Too worrying for timing because I am urgently leaving from Chennai to Madurai for my uncle's death, but did not reach at the particular time.
