The bus arrival time was 5.45 pm at Baguiati but it came at 9.20 pm. The office staff misguided me. I stood at Baguiati boarding stop for more than 2 hours. But the bus driver tried to maintain time nicely. At last, I reached Siliguri at present. According to GPS, I will get down at my stop around 11 am which was scheduled around 8 am. Office staff should be more responsible to give proper messages in proper time. I was actually harassed by the lady office staff.

Staff behavior is very bad and they dropped me at another stoppage instead of my booking stop. They continuously lied that they stopped at that stoppage.

I am extremely suffering because of this bus cancellation, I couldn't join my duty due to this cancellation. If there was any problem with the bus, the fact should have been communicated to the booked passengers, but there was no communication, just harassment at midnight! Kindly refund the money completely as soon as possible.

Bus broke down at 1 a.m. and then at 4 a.m. we were sent on govt bus. Bus was already disturbed but still it was sent. I have my exam and I won't be able to reach on time. Disgusting.

Horrible experience as a woman, unsafe. My drop location was Madhyamgram. But the bus randomly woke me up early in the morning and dropped me on the Kalyani-Barrackpore Highway, some 20 kilometres away from the drop location around 5:30 AM. They said the way to Madhyamgram was blocked so the bus could not go. They said they would drop me till Moragachi, but they did not. They randomly asked me to get down on the highway, where there was nothing and no one, and left. I had to wait, beg for a lift just so I could reach home. This was horrible especially because I was a girl and my safety was not even considered. Never travelling from this bus line and I advised every other women to avoid at all cost.
