Charging port damaged. Timing is very irresponsible. Boarding point and dropping point location wrong.

Stop offered are wrong. No transport facility from Shahibag to Satellite which is mentioned while booking. AC not working. Driver is careless. Not behaving well. No water bottle given as mentioned in amenities.

It reached us at a very late time. It did not come to pick us up. I was in a lot of trouble. I was worried that this bus would not come this time. It did not reach my location till then.

They won't drop you at the drop location. Worst bus ever. The staff is bad and they don't know how to treat their customers.

Water bottle not provided. Also, the mirror was not clean. Pickup time was 3:30 pm. Departure time was not on time, 5 pm. Departure was 1 hour late. Drop point was also wrongly mentioned.
