The boarding was in Anand Road Circle, but the driver asked me to come to Madiwal and they told me they would pay the auto charges, which they did not.

Since this is a regular service and bus operators know from Ernakulam to Bangalore we can't reach on mentioned timings, better give realistic time of arrival, so that we can book bus accordingly. Since we saw bus will reach Madiwala by 6:45 am, we booked it, but bus reached at 8:30 and we lost one office day.
