Worst experience. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 4:30 am but actually arrived at 7:00 am.

Live tracking not working. Bus time for start is 7.30 pm but bus started at 9 pm, and bus reached the location 2 hours and 30 minutes late. Blanket and water bottle not provided.

Bus stop not caring. He is loading and unloading outside material on the highway on all routes, and it is delayed by 4 hours.

Dirty blanket, drinking water not provided, seat allotted and boarding at that seat was not provided until asked for many times, rude behaviour of staff. It's bad experience.
