The unexpected rain caused a delay, and I got caught in traffic. I truly appreciate the driver's kindness in waiting for me. Exceptional customer service and a very respectful attitude. Highly recommended.

Worst bus I ever traveled in my life. It's like our town local bus. How could they get a permit in Chennai? They have 2RGL non-AC, but this one was a total mess and fully damaged. Windows are overly noisy.

I booked a center seat but the window near my seat was broken. When I informed the bus staff, they told me either to move to the last seat or continue traveling in the same damaged seat. Their response and behavior were not appropriate. I had specifically booked a center seat, but they did not provide a proper solution and treated the issue carelessly. This was a disappointing experience.

Worst experience. Bus was like 90s, too old and not clean. Driver was good. Need proper maintenance of bus. Old seats.
