There should be blanket, and stoppages are very dirty, staff behaviour is like a child who is fighting for everything

The staff behaviour was good of course but it could have been more professional. Cleanliness was not there and they were hoarding people more than the number of allotted seats like a herd of sheep. The rest stops were also not very hygienic

The overall bus experience is very bad. The bus started 2 hours late and had multiple (5) stops with a margin of half an hour. The bus takes a lot of time to reach the destination.

Not leave at time. And at booking time last station was Anand Vihar (ISBT) but he did not drop at mentioned location.

My drop time was at 8:50 am, but I am still travelling. It is 11:30 now and it will take until almost 3 pm to reach the location.

As I said in my last journey your bus and staff is awesome, everything is perfect, the only thing that needs to change is the rest stop.
