Bus are break down not response Reshma management passenger 4 hour are waiting other bus tow given by lift and pay amount. So please amount refunded refunded.

The driver was rude and behaved disrespectfully towards passengers. We were also forced to change to another bus without proper explanation or assistance. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and made the journey stressful.
