This bus has no punctuality. The bus was scheduled at 3:20 pm but timing was rescheduled to 6:20 pm and at the end the bus arrived around 8 pm and reached the destination around 6:30 pm next day. Terrible experience, almost took 23 hrs to reach from Pune to Mangalore.

The pickup timing was 3:40 pm but bus came at 9:40 pm and now it's 7 am bus still in Belgaum. Worst experience ever.

Bus stopped working midway, stranded near kolhapur, terrible experience, late by almost 8 hours, staff was also terrible and no refund yet. trip did not even complete, don't allow such things on your platform.
