Please provide curtains, and if someone asks for more water bottles, then provide them again. Only one water bottle throughout the journey is not enough.

Very disappointing and irresponsible service. Two girls were left alone at night simply because we were a few minutes late. The bus did not even wait for 2 minutes or make any reasonable effort to contact or assist us before leaving. Leaving two female passengers stranded alone at night is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about passenger safety and customer responsibility. Being slightly late does not justify abandoning passengers without even giving them a couple of minutes or properly communicating with them. I would strongly suggest that the company improve its communication, punctuality policies, and especially its approach to passenger safety. This was a very distressing and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this service based on how the situation was handled.
