It was late by 1 hour from departure time. After that, the driver took the wrong route. Mainly, they are carrying overloaded commercial luggage over the top of the bus, which also breaks the over height rule. The bus was also detained by police in Mathura for more than 1 hour. After this, again he stopped the bus at Azamgarh to unload their luggage, which took more than half an hour. The bus is already late, and they are causing further delay by unloading their commercial luggage. Confirm with this bus service company if it is a travelers bus or a commercial luggage bus.

Too much late. Reaching time was 9:30 but the bus was still on the way and seemed to reach by 12:30. It means running three hours late.
