Emergency reason ke karan main travelling nahin kar paya to booking ka option cancel karne ka nahin mila mujhe to kam se kam 1 ghante pahle booking cancel ka option de. Very bad experience.

No amenities were provided as per stated and very unhygienic. Moreover, I had to travel 60 km away from the destined departure station just to catch the bus because the driver changed the route at the last moment.

Very bad. Because they let people who were even drunk enter, it became like a general train at night. Some were sleeping on the floor, some were under the seat. They fill people's over capacity and seat count.
