ac not worked and asked to get down in bypass.. another issue is we said four persons wants to get down.. Then goes inside the city and dropped.. bus has been waited nearly one hour in kilambakkam without any information and no person is charge for asking also..

Ac was not functioning and bus seats were not cleaned. The bus did not depart on time and arrival was delayed. Unable to track bus live location due to it not being updated. Strongly disagree with service.

Kindly note, my departure time is 9:00 pm, but bus arrived at 10:25 pm. Also, I didn't receive any message and live tracking is not working. AC block damaged. Please do the needful.

The bus arrived one and a half hours later. So it is the worst experience for me. Don't suggest me such a bus for next time.
