I had one of the worst travel experiences recently. The bus I was traveling in was extremely late, and because of that delay, I ended up missing my train from Delhi to Kokrajhar, Assam. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expenses. The lack of punctuality and poor management of the bus service completely ruined my travel plan. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend it to anyone who needs reliable transportation.
