Super unhappy with the experience. Got live updates, but they were useless. Bus was 1hr 15min late with zero intimation. Skipped my stop, had to walk 1km to catch it. Rest stops were a joke, food options sucked. Driver was like he was in a B9R, last row sleeper seat was a nightmare - couldn't sleep. Asked me to get off a stop early, but they managed an auto. Overall, big thumbs down.
