The staff behavior was terrible and horrible. The bus was two hours late for arrival. Nothing was hygienic, and people were sleeping on the floor. I want a refund.

Very bad services. No cleanliness. No blanket in winter season. 30 people sat apart from seat. It's like local bus. Overall very bad experience.
