Bus was stuck on Pune highway due to gearbox failure and another bus came after 2 hrs, it's total headache to me.

Had a very disappointing experience. The bus broke down, and we were stranded on the road for almost 3 hours before a replacement was arranged. After finally reaching the destination, I realized I had left my earphones on the previous bus. When I contacted them, they denied finding anything. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating service.
