Poor bus quality, where windows were broken and the punctuality wasn't respected as we had 1 hrs delay in departing. Light wasn't working, and no charging ports were available.

Rest stop hygiene is very poor. Cleaning inside the bus is not proper. Window curtains are not available. Inside cabin light is not working.
