The AC outlet kept automatically closing and wouldn't stay open. This resulted in a hot travel despite an AC bus.

Very poor. Bus was 10 minutes delayed. We were travelling long distance but no water bottle and snacks. We were dropped off before the 2 kilometer drop point. Travel is okay but not satisfied.
