Operators are the worst , schedule is changing as per the operator will, is help less in all aspects, they will just collect the money no support to customer, after booking 4-7 working days it will take for them to respond for mid night bus booking travel. BE CAREFUL No. 1 , Fraud Operator , Threatening Behavior with Customers/travelers, still u want to book means experience the pain and write like me here in review and put request for my booking amount request and wait....

Very disappointing experience. This is one of the worst bus services I have used. The bus was not clean, and they did not respect the seat numbers we booked. Instead, they assigned seats as they wished. There was no value for the passengers' bookings or time. The bus was delayed by 2.5 hours without any explanation or valid reason. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this bus service.

The bus is being stopped unnecessarily many times. He is also boarding passengers who haven't booked tickets. On top of that, he is driving the bus too slowly (like it's sleeping) midway, and the seats are in a very bad condition."

The bus is ok, but the time of arrival at the destination is too late. As per the schedule the arrival time is 11.45 am, but the actual arrival time is 2.45 pm. This is not at all accepted.

Very bad service. AC not working properly. Not stopping for the washroom. Staff behaviour is also not proper. Bus is also sometimes stinking. Please clear all these.
