I recently traveled with Raj Express and had a disappointing experience. I was given the first seat on the upper/open side, which was very uncomfortable. Unlike other seats, this one did not have curtains, making it difficult to rest or sleep. Since it is the first seat, every passenger entering the bus could easily see it, which made it even more uncomfortable. Additionally, the charging point at my seat was not working, which added to the inconvenience. I informed the conductor multiple times, but he did not respond promptly and only reacted after being called 3–4 times. Even then, no proper solution was provided during the journey. Overall, the journey was not comfortable, and I expected much better service. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves these issues. Based on this experience, I would prefer not to choose Large Express again in the future.
