It's worst experience of my life. No time management for bus schedule and third class buses allocated to my trip. Most importantly, when you book a bus they show something else. When the trip began, they changed the bus I booked. 00.15 AM 8 Dec 2025 Surat to Ahmedabad, bus arrived at my pick-up point (Navjivan Hotel) at 1.30 AM. Ridiculous.
