Worst experience, not good management , in booking details showing another details and actual details are different, like bus number is different also route is different. Very difficult to find bus and time is not punctual.

The driver doesn't know about the route. The driver chose the easy route and did not stop at the drop point. All customers had issues with the drop point and need help with the issue.

Bus was cancelled but you are showing the bus was there. I waited from 8.30 pm to 9.00 pm. No bus came and they were telling the bus is cancelled.

Bus has stopped for 3 hours because of low fuel. Passengers had arranged diesel for the bus and because of empty fuel tank there was air generated in the tank and to start the bus all the passengers had pushed the bus. They are so irresponsible that they had not checked the fuel level. I won’t travel with this bus in future.
