Curtains are provided instead of glass gates, zero privacy. Also, there is a blue light which irritates; due to that, I can’t sleep. The bus was late 1 hour and there was no waiting room.

Bus was full of mosquitoes, staff started a fight among themselves in between the journey and were constantly abusive.

This bus is pathetic. No blanket provided in AC bus, staff and driver were rude. Upon continuous request, no blanket was given; instead, AC was switched off for the whole trip. No charging point was switched on upon repeated requests and complaints. No water bottles were provided.
