Please think twice before booking this bus. I was travelling with my sister and had already booked our seats in advance for safety and convenience. However, when the bus arrived, it was already full. The passengers and staff told us that the operator had not informed them about our booking. Even though we had confirmed seats, we were not given our seats when we boarded. My sister and I had to stand for almost an hour, while other passengers were sitting. We finally got our booked seats only after reaching Ratanpur. This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience, especially while travelling with my sister. If confirmed bookings are not properly communicated to the bus staff, there is no point in booking seats in advance. I am sharing my experience so other passengers can be aware of this issue before booking.
