Driver is not responding properly. He does not have sense how to talk. By the way his driving skills were perfect and the hotel he chose for refreshment is not good.

Bus broke down, but the bus operator was not helpful to reach the destination and also did not arrange any other bus to go and did not give a refund by themselves.
