Seat is very hard. Neck pain is compulsory. Can you check your end once you know the truth? There is no pillow separately; pillow is also included in the bed. I am also facing an issue with staff. For 25kgs rice bag they are asking extra money XXXXX. I have 3 sleepers XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. Worst behaviour. Final XXXXX taken only allow. Next time I am not interested to travel this travel. Why? Because in RTC also they allow 50kgs rice bag with language. Take necessary action on staff behaviour.
