Bus had pickup issues and it was not looked into seriously. The bus literally halted for more than 3 hours from 12 AM to 3.40 AM near Kudlu Gate. After this the bus started with the same issue. Anyways driver was polite and helped the passenger but it should have been handled efficiently.

I had a very bad experience with this bus service. The boarding point was Kalamandir at 10:30 PM, but the bus arrived late at 11:20 PM. From the beginning, the bus had pickup issues and was running at only 10–20 km/h for nearly an hour. Around 12:30 AM, the bus stopped completely near Kundlu Gate due to the same issue. The operator mentioned that another bus would be arranged, but we waited for more than 3 hours without any proper updates or support. No replacement bus was arranged, and finally, the same bus was started again without proper repair at around 3:50 AM. This experience reflects poor time management, lack of accountability, and inadequate passenger support. The service needs serious improvement in handling such situations and ensuring reliability for passengers.

I advise to enlarge the seater seat for stretching legs so it can still be comfortable and the bus was really good
