Worst bus experience. The bus is shaking a lot while travelling, and there is too much noise. We are paying a lot of money for the ticket, but the bus is not even maintained properly. At least try to maintain the bus properly and provide a comfortable journey for passengers. Totally disappointed. Not worth the money. Worst bus ever.

The route was terrible. To avoid tolls, they chose a different route to escape Kadapa. Also paid more on 2 seats. Again asking XXXXX for a rice bag. XXXXX minimum they require. XXXXX to XXXXX they charged and again asking money for luggage. Please choose a different bus operator. Even on the sleeper side, there are no charging ports available. I asked the driver, and he said the sleeper ports won't work.

1 hr delayed as compared with Kurnool route and have only one rest stop at 11:40 pm. After that, there are no rest stops. Please add a minimum of 2 rest stops.
