Dear Pritam Transline Owner, I travelled on your bus yesterday from Guwahati to Margherita. Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen during the journey. When I spoke with your driver regarding this incident, I came to know that the bus does not have a CCTV system. This is a very serious concern, as CCTV plays an important role in ensuring passenger safety and security. In today’s time, such incidents are alarming, and the safety of passengers should be given the highest priority. I request you to seriously consider this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the security arrangements in your buses. Please think about how passengers can confidently choose to travel on your buses if their safety cannot be assured.
