But timing was 10pm, but bus arrived at 12:30 am and reached at 9am. One of the worst services.

We have been waiting for dinner for more than 30 minutes but no response from hotel team and exhaust was very terrible. Most of the passengers were coughing due to hotel poor exhaust.

Too much negligence. This bus staff had no live tracking, no punctuality. Very bad experience in this bus. I booked timings from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am but they reached 9:00 am at Bangalore. I lost one day of office work.

Boarding point in Anand Rao Circle is far away from the actually mentioned location. Bus delayed 1 hour at pickup point. Reached Mudhol at 12.30pm.
