Excellent travel experience. I recently travelled from Indore to Balaghat, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and well-behaved, which made the journey even more comfortable. The bus was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained, making the travel experience smooth and relaxing. One thing I particularly appreciated was the stop during the journey. The place was really nice, comfortable, and well-chosen for a break. It made the journey feel even better. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the service, staff behaviour, bus condition, and the entire travel experience. It’s great to see such good service, and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone travelling on this route. Keep up the excellent work. Looking forward to travelling with you again.

My experience with Praveen Connect Bus was good. Harshit’s behavior was polite and helpful. The staff was also good, and the AC and charging points were working properly. However, the bus was delayed by 45 minutes. Overall, the service was good, but punctuality needs improvement.

In my reserved seat, there was a passenger, and I had to wait 1 hour in another seat. Bus staff did not change my pillow cover and blanket.

I have got notification for rating the trip, I am still in the bus and still have 5 hours to my destination.

Bus stopped working around 2:30 am. Driver attendants had no idea about what happened to the bus. Even after one hour waiting, they were neither able to fix the problem nor did they provide any assurance of alternate arrangements. I had to catch a train from Bhopal, so I took a lift in another bus. Staff was very unprofessional. The bus stopped around 12:30 am for dinner at a dhaba. There, they left a passenger behind. Bus staff didn't even check or count the number of passengers. That passenger had the driver contact number, so he contacted him when the bus was 2 km ahead of him. It took 30–35 minutes while the passenger was walking towards the bus, and everyone in the bus got angry. The driver could have turned back; it might have taken five minutes. My journey was pathetic.
