the bus broke down 30kms before reaching the destination during my journey. I had to travel in a tempo-traveller for the remaining journey, and mind you it was non-ac while i paid for a ac bus.

Departure time of my scheduled bus was 9:30 am and at 9 am I was informed that the bus was cancelled and they asked me to board another bus of Ankur Travels. They told me the bus was standing inside ISBT Jorhat but on arrival I found out the bus was 4 kms away from there. Also, I paid for an AC bus and got an intercity type of bus. No AC, the seats are too small and the bus was overcrowded. Terrible experience.

All staff were drunk ….pathetic servuce provided !! Being a girl next seat which was suppose to be a female seat .. was given to some random male who was drunk tooo … not safe for females to travel in this
