Worst behaviour of driver. He has zero patience and shouts at passengers. No water bottle, blanket, or power socket.

Worst experience. Not cleaning seat and curtains. Dust and chewing gum are there in curtain and not touching the curtain. It's very dusty and all bags are in store in last seat. Very bad experience and very bad maintenance.

The rexine of the sleeper is cracked and has become hard. We cannot sleep on it and they do not provide any pillows either. This same rexine has been cracked for the past year but they have not changed it. It is better to have a replaceable cover at least so that it does not poke our head and face while sleeping.
