The bus was 1.5 hrs late and the agency was not picking up the call and switched it off. The bus was not clean at all and the pickup and drop was too late. There was no update for the delay of the bus and the agency was not picking up the call. Not good.

Terrible. Can't even explain in words. Firstly, it was 2 hours late, then people were lying down in the middle lane, and after all these, they were not ready to drop at the dropping point. They dropped at a common point which was far away from my home. Worst experience.

Poor passenger communication. My bus was scheduled at 7:15 PM and left without waiting. The driver did not call before departure. Instead, the first call came at 7:19 PM, after the bus had already left, simply informing me that it wouldn't wait. If passengers are expected to report early, drivers should also make a genuine effort to contact them before departure. This lack of communication caused me to miss my journey and suffer financial loss. I hope the operator improves its passenger communication and service.
