AC was not functional the whole journey and stoppage was more than 20 minutes in three places unnecessarily. So, there was suffering due to heat and delay.

Bus is not good. Don't travel on this bus. The bus converts sleeper seats to regular seats. The seats are very bad. The bus scheduled at 8:10 from Bilaspur arrived at 9:15.
