live tracking on app is of some other bus. not the one which I travelled. found small cockroaches in berth

The bus stopped for 2 hours from 10:20 pm to 12:30 am because there were not enough passengers, so the bus did not go. Then the staff sent us to another bus. The experience was pathetic. Please do not choose this service.

There was no space available in the luggage compartment, so we had to keep our luggage in the sleeping area. Because of this, we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout the journey. Kindly ensure adequate luggage space is provided for passengers.
