What kind of service is this. The bus didn’t pick me. I have been at the location for 15 minutes and they still didn’t pick me. After that, I took an Uber and travelled to Electronic City. Also, they missed me. My XXXXX gone and my time has also been wasted.

Very disappointing journey from Ottapalam to Bangalore. The seat was dusty, there was a bad smell inside the bus, and the AC was not working properly, especially in the last seat. The bus was very old and poorly maintained, making the journey uncomfortable.

If the hygiene at the rest stop had been good, I would have given a 5-star rating. Apart from that, everything else was good. There is no separate option in the feedback for toilet cleanliness.

The bus was stopped in the middle of the journey by TN transport department and it took nearly 3 hours to resolve the issue. No proper communication received from the staff. Totally pathetic service. Will never recommend.

Blanket was small. Since it's AC bus, the blanket should be a little bigger to cover the whole body.
