If driver drives and uses brake then loudly brake voice sounds. It is very noisy pollution. Passenger does not sleep very well because of this noise.

Bus was in very bad condition. Staff behaviour is rude. They have booked two persons for one single seat.

The bus did not reach the boarding point and dropping point on time. The bus is also running four hours late compared to the scheduled arrival time.

Bus got late 1 hour at boarding point then driver and conductor's behaviour towards passenger is pathetic. Along with that, they didn't drop me off at my location; they left me at bypass road. My trip should have ended at 5:15, but I'm still in the bus.

Driver behaviour was extremely rude and made unnecessary arguments with passengers. The bus was not clean and smelled terrible. The journey was nine hours long, but it has been twelve hours and we have not reached our destination yet. I am not going to use this service ever again.
