Experience was so bad. AC was not working properly, not getting off. Staff behaviour also not good, no blanket available. I suggest everyone don't travel with travels like these.

If they are late most of the time that is fine even if it is more than half an hour. If we got late by 7 mins to be precise they keep on calling. Their constant calling can't move the traffic.

AC was not working properly for our seat but it was working right for other seats. Seems it has some issues which should be fixed. We had to move to other seat due to AC, there also it was being on and off, and we were sweating in an AC bus. Thus overall sleep comfort was compromised.

No cleanliness, windows are dirty, and bed and pillow condition was very bad and smelly. Much more improvement required.

AC was not working for the entire journey, we had to open the windows because of which we were unable to sleep due to loud noise coming from passing vehicles. One plus point: The bus was punctual.
