Bus pickup time was on time. Rest stop very very bad. Hotel washroom is not clean and 15 min line for ladies washroom. Food was not hygienic. Bus also reached late by 1 and a half hour. Very bad experience with Parijat Travel.

Extremely poor air conditioning. After multiple reminders to the staff, they turned the AC on only for a few minutes. The stops were extremely filthy.

Live tracking was not available, service was ok, they stopped every 3hrs for washroom that was a good thing, don't book last seat if you have things to carry because the bracket wasn't available and it is not available in any AC sleeper bus. The driver was good.

I reached the pickup location half an hour before the scheduled time. The bus actually came earlier. I don’t know where they were waiting, and they tried calling me, but my phone was unreachable due to network issues. After some time, the bus returned to my pickup point, but the cleaner began arguing with me. He said they were about to leave without me because my phone wasn’t reachable. I believe that the bus should have come to the informed pickup location, not somewhere else. The cleaner’s argument with me (and likely other passengers) was unnecessary and unjustified.
