Too little space, bio toilet needed, blanket needed

Staff behaviour was the worst. They would not stop at any resting stop. They would not allow a child or an elderly to use the washroom for five minutes anywhere. No calls were made to follow up whether I boarded the bus or not. They used unacceptable words and behaved very poorly with me over the call and face to face because I asked the conductor where the bus was or how the bus looked as I could not locate it at the stipulated bus stand. Very poor service. Live tracking was not at all live. The AC was not working properly and there was a very bad smell inside. The seat was so small I could not sit properly. The driving was poor as well. They reached at 6 pm whereas the drop time was 4:30 pm. Not recommended at all.
