Bus was supposed to reach Lucknow at 11:15 but it is 15:00 and the bus is yet to take another 1 hour to reach Lucknow. Also, it carried a lot of commercial goods to drop in Kanpur and Lucknow, and while unloading the food in Kanpur, it took around 1 hour for unloading. Would never suggest anyone to travel in this bus. Such a terrible journey ever.

Worst bus ever, had the worst experience in it. It almost broke down two times and had to wait for long. Also arrived late and the other bus provided was not even sleeper. Do not buy the tickets. Worst bus service, almost took 24 hours for 12 hours of trip. Also rude behaviour of driver.

Very bad service. Bus was not cleaned. Urea was found in the water bottle on my seat. Bus arrived late by 3 hours at the pick-up point. Very slow bus taken 5 hours to pass Jhansi only. Bus broke down after Jhansi. Another dirty seater bus was provided in 2 hours. In journey right now and you people asking how is feedback. Completely disgusting. Why do you run buses if you can't.
