Would like to bring to your notice that during my journey, the bus was extremely overcrowded. Apart from the booked passengers, around 25–30 additional passengers were standing in the aisle between the seats. The bus was completely packed, making it very uncomfortable to sit and travel. This overcrowding not only caused inconvenience to seated passengers but also raised concerns regarding safety and comfort during the journey. I request you to take necessary measures to ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the permitted capacity of the bus in the future.
