The bus was delayed by 1 hour upon arrival at the pickup point. Additionally, it waited for another hour to accommodate extra passengers, causing further inconvenience. The overall condition of the bus was very poor. It was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The bedsheets were unhygienic and emitted a foul odour, while the blankets were not clean. There was also noticeable dust on the seats. This experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable. Immediate attention to cleanliness, punctuality, and passenger management is required.
